Nosy

Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms apply when you use Nosy ("we", "us"), a personal finance application that shows your accounts, transactions and investments in one place. By using Nosy, you agree to them.

Private preview

Nosy is in private preview and isn't open for public sign-up. Features may change or stop working, and we may end the service at any time.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your email account secure, because it's how you sign in, and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access.

Connecting your accounts

Nosy connects to financial institutions through Plaid. You authorize us to receive and store your financial data for the purpose of showing it to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only link accounts you're allowed to access. You can disconnect an institution or delete your data at any time in Settings.

Not financial advice

Nosy provides information, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Balances, buckets, budgets, transfers and totals come from third parties and automated processing, including AI, and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Check anything important with your institution before relying on it. Nosy can't move your money.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, including by trying to access other people's data, interfering with its operation or probing it without our permission. We may suspend access if you do.

No warranty

Nosy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses resulting from decisions you make based on what Nosy shows you.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll let you know in the app before it applies.
